Corporate yoga classes

The psychological contract in the workplace has changed. Supporting and retaining a high performing workforce requires a holistic approach.

Many employees are chronically stressed and in frequent physical discomfort from repetitive movements and often sedentary roles. They can’t be at their best when that’s the case.

Workplace yoga can help with that. I offer time in the day for your employees to step away from their desks, stretch their bodies, and still their minds. Yoga is proven to reduce stress and prevent injuries, which can keep your employees well and engaged.

Employees expect investment in their wellbeing, and there’s a good chance your competitors are offering benefits like this. If you’d like a quote for corporate packages, please get in touch at becky@rebeccanoble.uk.

About me:

I’m Becky and I’ve been practicing yoga for over 15 years. I always come back to my yoga mat when life feels tough. Yoga has helped me through sports injuries, work stress, break up, pregnancy and childbirth, miscarriage, and the various challenges that being alive and loving your family and friends brings.

Among other things, I am a mum to a pre-schooler, a desk-worker, and a former sports jock (netball, rowing, and canoe polo were my favourites). Since becoming a mum, I’ve done Couch to 5k three times and I’m hoping the most recent attempt will stick as I love to run.

I’m a 200 hour accredited yoga teacher and I’ve learned about CBT and mindfulness to support my own mental health. While I’ve practiced yoga for years, I never thought I’d do yoga teacher training as it is quite different to my professional background. But I’ve found it liberating to ditch the professional labels and do something I love, just because I love it.

Practicing yoga helps me to live in the present and I love to share it with others.
